All of us could have Wind Turbines, Solar Systems and Geothermal in our yards, which supplied all your energy and the extra you could sell for profit. For the greedy at heart think of the money we can make selling our extra electrical energy to the world, since most of the products that we produce can not be bought by most of the world, they cost too much. So why not export our extra energy! With Solar Satellites and Orbital Solar systems we will lead the world in energy. That's reason to do it!

I used 39 a day this last month June-July 2008. I live in Florida and keep my home at A/C on 80 . Could some other people post what there Kw is for a day and where they live. Joe in hot Florida.

There are tonnes of way to make use of solar energy for little or nothing. You'll be amazed at what you can find in the "garbage". If you want to get fancy , spend $200 at home depot. people are not stupid, they have calculated the price/watt cost of solar/panels and conventional electricity and found solar to be to expensive.

When the price goes down, and it will because solar will become a Huge marked, people will use it, simple as that.

No companies are capable of forcing solar of the marked, the reason i (and many others) have not bought one is simply because they are to expensive. when they gets cheap and effective people will by them.
